As a CraftPal Pro, you’re not just doing a job, you’re representing the spirit of professionalism, fairness, and trust that our community stands for.


These guidelines help keep CraftPal a safe, reliable, and rewarding place for you and your clients.

1.  Deliver Quality, Every Time

  • Always strive for excellent workmanship — do the job as promised, to the best of your ability.
  • Communicate clearly about what’s possible, what’s included in your quote, and when you’ll get it done.
  • Treat every job like it’s the one that will earn your next referral.

2. Be Respectful and Professional

  • Always treat clients and fellow tradespeople with courtesy and dignity.
  • Harassment,discriminationor offensive comments are prohibited.
  • Respect clients’ time, property, and privacy while you’re on the job.

3. Be Honest in Your Profile and Quotes

  • Reply to messages in a reasonable amount of time.
  • Raise any issues or concerns directly and calmly, we’re all here to solve problems together.

4. Use CraftPal for All Communication and Payments

  • Keep all messaging, task updates, and quotes within the platform.
  • Process payments through CraftPal to enable a smooth, secure transaction.
  • To maintain transparency and protect everyone,
  • CraftPals must never encourage clients to cancel their task to arrange payment or work outside CraftPal.

This includes:

  • Offering lower prices in exchange for off-platform payment.
  • Asking a client to cancel a posted task to work privately.
  • Exchanging personal contact details before a booking is confirmed.

Doing so:

  • Violates the platform’s rules.
  • Circumvents the pay-as-you-earn model that keeps things fair.
  • Risks permanent removal from the platform

5. Stay Safe and Follow Regulations

  • Always work in compliance with local laws, regulations, and health and safety standards.
  • Ensure you hold the appropriate licenses, certifications, or insurance for your trade.
  • Do not perform tasks that compromise safety or violate regulations.

6. Ask for (and Learn From) Feedback

  • After completing a job, encourage your client to leave a review.
  • Use positive reviews to aid your credibility, and constructive comments to help you improve.
  • Continuous improvement guarantees ongoing customer satisfaction.
